After spending too many years ignoring what my mind and body was trying to tell me I became physically exhausted, to the point where I could no longer function. I knew something needed to change, so my health and wellness journey began. Learning about how to properly care for my mind and body became my passion. I learned a lot about changing my eating habits, but the real change happened when I changed my mindset.
Through life experiences, years of research, and numerous failed attempts at getting it right. I have finally found something that truly changed my life and I am excited to have the opportunity to share this with others. I know that with the right mindset and the correct knowledge, we can achieve more than we ever thought possible.
