Like many, I have faced challenges in life and have worked through difficulties, loss and pain. Through these challenges I have learned a lot about myself. I believe these challenges have help me grow and feel mentally stronger. I understand that in life we are confronted with varying challenges, disappointments, setbacks, fears and more. 

I am passionate about helping individuals heal their pain and learn to love and accept who they are. Pain can encompass fears, past and current traumas, anxiety, codependency, lack of confidence, depression, anger, and more. My goal in therapy is to help you heal and overcome the challenges that are preventing you from living a fulfilling life.

Working with me 

As your therapist I want to create a safe space for you to freely express yourself, your emotions, and your ideas without judgement. There’s nothing too weird/taboo to talk about.  This is your space to fully express yourself and allow yourself to process anything, including emotions, events, and relationships.  Therapy with me is collaborative. I will support and guide you, but I want to empower you to recognize that you know what’s best for you. I will always encourage you to be honest with me and with yourself. I strive to understand you and your history. By understanding your background, I can help you better understand yourself and begin to help you process, change and heal.

 My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to fit each individuals unique needs. I believe we are all a continuous work in progress and at times need guidance reaching our goals or understanding aspects of our life. We will work together to improve the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual parts of your life. Understanding the effects of our thoughts and behaviors, allows us to begin to see the desired changes and achieve the desired growth. My vision and desire is for you to live a life that is holistically positive and fulfilling.

Creo que todos somos un trabajo continuo en progreso y a veces, necesitamos orientación para alcanzar nuestros objetivos o comprender aspectos de nuestra vida. Trabajaremos juntos para mejorar las partes emocionales, mentales, físicas y espirituales de su vida. Comprender los efectos de nuestros pensamientos y comportamientos, nos permite comenzar a ver los cambios deseados y lograr el crecimiento deseado. Mi visión y deseo es que tu vivas una vida que sea integralmente positiva y satisfactoria.
